If you have to cancel an appointment for any reason, an email, text or phone call will suffice at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time.
Failure to do so will result in "blacklisting"

If you wish to reschedule, please do so at your own discretion OR my assistant will gladly aid at your request (call 954.669.8594)

I do not take same day appointments but "walk-ins" are welcome

If a client fails to show and a space is made available that slot will be publicized as open for appointment.

I do not mind reusing old hair. However, piecing together wefts that have already been cut will come at a extra cost.

For Custom Coloring services, all hair must be received at a minimum of 72 hours in advance.
Failure to do so will result in an extra fee.

Persons who are doing wig installations or styles must first have their hair shampooed.
SALES & RETURNS POLICY

All items must be returned in new or unaltered condition.

Any damaged, used, or altered items will be returned to you.

Unopened, unworn returns or exchanges must be received within 7 days of purchase.

Returns must be made along with a copy of receipt or any other form of proof of purchase.

We have a strict no cash back policy. You are allowed to exchange your item for another item of equal value.
